About Us

What is Eager?

Eager is a social justice education provider serving communities through social justice education for teachers, individuals, companies and organisations. Our mission is to build a better world through education to help adults, children and young people in overcoming limiting beliefs or biases about gender, race, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity or other areas of social injustice. We work with educators, companies and individuals to break down complex topics and develop strategies and practical tools for promoting social justice in schools, the workplace and daily life. We work to build awareness, break down stereotypes, bias and prevent marginalization. And we support all clientele to take this work forward and spread it in their own schools and/or communities. We believe that everyone should be EAGER!

How do we work?

We operate almost entirely online and provide a range of different services both free and paid to meet a variety of needs.

  • Online courses are currently in development. These will allow users to purchase either individual or group (for a school or company) licenses to access the course and work through it at their own pace.

  • Our free resources are available for everyone with absolutely no catch. We provide printable info sheets, leaflets, posters and other informational resources.

  • We work directly with companies, schools, organisations, or individuals by providing webinars and bespoke training & consulting or one-on-one online learning.

  • At the core of Eager Network is the desire to amplify others and create online space for social justice networking and sharing of resources and learning. So we provide further learning directories to point our users towards other social justice organisations and resources and provide Facebook groups for our course students to continue to connect and share their learning, action, progress and resources.
